At Simply Sourdough, we pride ourselves on letting nature do most of the work. Our artisanal breads are made solely with whole food ingredients. We don’t like refined anything (flour, sugar, or oil) because we want our natural nutrients. We don’t use yeast or baking soda because we are in no hurry at all. All our breads are naturally fermented over a period of 3 days. This results in that signature mild tangy taste characteristic of any nature-kissed fermentation. And you get nutritious pré-digested food which your stomach loves, lower glycemic index which your blood loves, and natural probiotics which your gut loves.
There is no place for preservatives and emulsifiers in our life because Nature is the boss here. They are naturally preserved!
